The Essentials of People Management certificate is a stackable credential that provides students with the baseline management skills for all people managers throughout various organizations and disciplines. The certificate equips individuals with an understanding of the essential HR knowledge and skills for the non-HR supervisor. The certificate develops the foundational competencies necessary to be innovative leaders that foster a healthy and productive workplace culture that values justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
